Security of Data
 Industry standard 128-bit encryption is utilized to protect data in transit via web and FTP connections. This is the same standard as used by banking facilities.
Data is stored on a RAID-5 array with hot spares to avoid disk failure.
Data is backed up to Tape on a daily basis. Tapes are moved to an off site secured facility to avoid data loss in the event of a total site loss.
To ensure the intergrity and security of your account, passwords can not be given out to customers. Passwords are reset following authentication and user verification.
Only level-2 technical support staff have access to your account. Account access is only permitted with customer approval & verification. Account access is monitored through a system audit trail.
Both login and passwords are scrambled for your added protection.
Security of Network
Redundant providers to avoid a single provider failure causing an outage.
Physically diverse site entry points(wired and wireless) so if all communications cables are cut to the site there will be no network interruption due to routing over wireless link.
Active scanning for virus activity by email gateway and on servers.
Servers are monitored 24/7. Issues will alert technician within 2 minutes.
Security of Facility
Servers are kept in a hurricane category 5 hardened vault composed of cinder block and steel on raised flooring to avoid danger from flooding.
On site generator is available in case primary utility power fails.
24/7 onsite secuity personnel.
